Hello 👋 I'm Joanna, a designer based in Oxford.

I've always been drawn to stories, whether I'm reading, writing, watching, or listening to them. It's how I approach design too.

With over 10 years of experience, I've worked at small agencies and independently with clients, on branding, digital, print, and everything in between.

I believe the best design is about how something feels and connects as much as how it looks. That's why I start with the story behind the brief, to bring purpose and personality to the work.

I'm especially excited about projects that do good: for people, for the planet, or simply by bringing a little more joy into the world.

When I'm not behind the screen you'll usually find me outside: on a long walk heading towards good coffee and pastry / craft beer and pizza, or growing veggies in the garden. The rest of the time I'm working through my TBR pile, or somewhere in the middle of writing my first novel.
